CIPP Lateral Lining

CIPP Lateral Lining

Excavating sewer lines is expensive, time consuming, and disruptive. Occupants of the home often have to be relocated for weeks or live in a construction site, leading to lost revenue for landlords and major inconvenience for families. Landscaping has to be re-done upon completion of the job. Large scale renovations have to be done to fix flooring that had to be removed to access the sewer line located under your basement. Trenchless lateral lining can be completed in a matter of hours with little to no disruption to the home’s occupants and is far more cost effective.
If you’re constantly dealing with sewer back ups due to root’s or blockages from broken pipes, lateral lining is a great option for you. The liners come with a 10-year in-house warranty and have a minimum life expectancy of 50 years.

Our CIPP (Cured In Place Piping) liners can be installed in any sewer pipe ranging in diameter from 2” to 8”.

Why Choose This Service?

Non-Invasive Solution

Stop worrying about your landscaping or driveway; our "trenchless" technology repairs your pipes from the inside without digging up your yard.

Cost-Effective Repairs

Save thousands by avoiding the high costs of surface restoration, heavy machinery rentals, and labor-intensive excavation projects.

Extreme Durability

The epoxy-saturated liners we use are engineered to last a minimum of 50 years, resisting root intrusion and structural cracks.

Rapid Turnaround

While traditional dig-and-replace methods can take weeks, most CIPP lateral lining projects are completed in a single day.

How It Works

1

CCTV Inspection & Prep

First, we use high-definition cameras to locate the blockage or break. We then mechanically clean the pipe to ensure the new liner has a smooth, debris-free surface to bond with.

2

Liner Insertion & Curing

We "invert" a flexible, resin-soaked felt liner into the existing pipe. Using air, the liner expands to fit the pipe's shape perfectly and is cured in place to form a "pipe within a pipe."

3

Final Verification

Once the resin has hardened, we perform a final camera inspection to ensure a seamless, flow-efficient finish before reinstating your service immediately.
